Christmas Bird Counts

The Christmas Bird Count is a bird watching tradition that consists of going out to look for the largest number of birds in a fixed area on the same date each year. The intention is to record the greatest number of species and individuals involving the greatest number of observations in different areas of the counting circle,

This citizen science exercise is a great contribution to the knowledge of bird populations organized worldwide by the National Audubon Society for more than 100 years!
