TRANSPARENCY
For our organization it is very important that there is transparency in the management of the organization's resources as well as a full understanding of the connection between the company Birding San Pancho and the San Pancho A.C. Bird Observatory.
Birding San Pancho is a bird watching company that was created in 2007 by Luis Morales and his family. Since the creation of the San Pancho Bird Observatory A.C. in 2011 and its formalization as an association in 2014, the bird watchers of Birding San Pancho have been the main financial collaborators of the organization.
To date, the family of the current director and representative of the organization, Marine Biologist Luis Enrique Morales, provides vehicles and space for the organization's work and offers accessible accommodation to researchers, artists and bird watchers who collaborate either with the company or the organization. In the current stage of growth of the organization, Director Luis Morales works as a volunteer for the organization and only has a temporary salary as project coordinator.
The San Pancho A.C. Bird Observatory requires the support of more people committed to helping by donating their talent, their time and the resources they can to help face the growing challenges of bird conservation in the Sierra de Vallejo-Bahía de Banderas region.
